Adding identities to my User Record

Using the internet as a social tool allows you to connect with colleagues around shared subjects. You can use your Identities created on social sites to create additional connections in and outside of Tendenci.

Add other internet identities to your User Record:
  1. Open your User record (look at this help file to Edit your User Record)
  2. Under your image (the right side of your record) or placeholder, click on Add Identity
  3. Select the internet service you would like to share (Twitter, Del.icio.us, Facebook, etc.)
  4. Add your public User name for the service
  5. Add the web address to your profile on the service
  6. Click on the Submit button
To add additional identities to your record, view your existing identities and select Add near the top of the Tendenci Users area.


 
 
Use this feature in conjunction with User Connections to find friends, colleagues and follow online activity in your organization. View the identities added by your connections, colleagues and friends to connect with them on other sites.
